Earlier this season, I photographed the CMA tennis team as they hosted Chesterton High School at Culver Academies’ Gable Tennis Complex. It was a beautiful day. The CMA Eagles played well. I’ve posted some photos here. Additional photos are located at:

Indiana Sports Photographer: Busy Afternoon

Yesterday was a busy afternoon for sports on Culver Academy’s campus with three home games scheduled. The afternoon started off cloudy, but things cleared and all the games were played. The first event was a JV tennis match against LaPort LaLumiere. The men’s JV soccer team played next against Chesterton High School, and it was followed by the CMA varsity soccer game against Chesterton.

All of the teams played well. The JV soccer team won by two goals, and the varisty soccer team lost by two goals. The Chesterton soocer team is a good opponent for Culver as both the JV and Varsity teams were well matched with no clearly dominant team. The final scores could have easily gone the opposite way.

I’ve posted some photos here. Others can be found at:

Culver Academy Tennis Photos: CGA Tennis vs. Crown Point

This eveing, the CGA Tennis Team hosted Crwon Point in a match at Culver Academies. I wish that I could tell you how the girls played, but tennis is one of those sports that I know very little about. With 12 to 14 games being played at once, I think that even if I knew tennis better, I still probably wouldn’t be able to provide an acurate account until everything was over and stat sheets were available. I’ve posted some photos here; there are more at

Culver Academy Tennis Photos: CMA Varsity Tennis Sectional vs. Knox high School

This evening the CMA Varsity tennis team hosted Knox high School at Culver Academy for the Sectionals. It was a beautiful day to get some great shots. I’ve posted my favorite shots here; more can be found at

Culver Academy Tennis Photos: CGA Varsity Tennis Sectionals

As you can see in this picture, coach Alan Loehr and his CGA Varsity squad had a great season. In fact, this has been the case for the past few seasons, as CGA tennis continues to send more and more girls to the competitive regionals and state tournaments. In this event, the girls proved to be successful again. For more pictures, see the web site.
