The game started strongly with the CMA Eagles scoring the first point right away in the first period. Culver held their lead for the remainder of that period and 17 minutes and 59 seconds of the second period. (The actual offical scoring time according to the ref was with 1.5 seconds left in the second half.) Though sitting next to the timer, it was closer than that as none of us knew if it was a valid point as it was SO CLOSE to the buzzer.) Culver had problems in the third period that they couldn’t recover from; the final score was Culver 2, St. mary’s 4. You can find more photographs at www.culverphotos.com.
